MOON ROOM (sleeps 2)
Our first Guest Room measures a compact, but very comfortable, 9.5 square meters and has a Double Bed. It has a full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with kettle/hospitality tray, well stocked Bookcase and small Fridge/Mini Bar. A powerful Ceiling Fan and bed height fan provide Summer ventilation and a wall-mounted Radiator gives warm Winter heating. A Hairdryer is provided. The room has an En Suite Shower Room.

SUN ROOM (sleeps 2-4)
Our second Guest Room measures a very spacious 25 square meters. It has Twin Beds that can be separate or, as is usually the case, be pushed together to make a King-Sized Double. It has all the same facilities as the Double Room plus a Dining Table and 4 Chairs.  2 single Z Beds can be provided for a third or fourth person; suppement applies.

ROOM ACCESS
Both of our rooms are situated next to each other at Pool level, with access down a flight of 19 outside stairs. As each room has its own private entrance you do not have to pass through the main house and therefore have total freedom to come and go as you please. Sensory lights are in situ around the exterior of the villa so that you have good lighting if returning late at night and the stairs down to the Guests Rooms are well illuminated. 

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Your room will be ready from 14.00 on your day of arrival with Room Vacation by 11.00; alternate arrival/departure times may be possible if arranged in advance.

CHILDREN
Children are very welcome but parents are asked to ensure that they do not annoy fellow guests and our neighbours.  Children may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult  If you are travelling with an infant you need to provide your own travel cot.  We offer a special lunch/dinner Menu for children up to 12 years of age and a Baby/Child Sitting service is available - Brenda is a trained Nurse/Midwife - if you would like a night out on your own. 

PERSONAL LAUNDRY
With the reduced luggage weight allowances now given by many airlines we realise that Guests may need clothes washing during their holiday.  Therefore we offer a personal laundry service; clothes will be washed, dried and returned to your room, but not ironed!  There is no charge for this service although a donation in our charity box is always appreciated.  A iron, ironing board and clothes drying racks are also available for Guests use.


MEALS
Please tell us if you have any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

BREAKFAST
A  substantial Buffet Breakfast (Cereals, Fruit Juices, Yoghourts, Cheeses and Hams, Bread Rolls with Preserves, seasonal Fresh Fruit, Tea, Coffee or Hot Chocolate) is included in our room price. 
Cooked Full English (Meat or Vegetarian) Breakfast or Champagne + Smoked Salmon Breakfast available at a small supplement.

LUNCH
Snacks and Light Meals are available all day including our Special Lunch for 2 People (2 x Main Course, 2 x Dessert + 2 x glass of Wine or Beer).

DINNER
Table d'Hote Dinner + Vegetarian Table d'Hote Dinner - daily change of menu - see bottom of this page for details.
Childrens Menu - Main Course, Dessert, Drink + Lollipop.
A la Carte Menu, Vegetarian A la Carte Menu and Tapas Menu also available.

ROOM ONLY (no Breakfast)
If you do not eat Breakfast we give a small discount for ´Room Only´ reservations.

HOUSEKEEPING / TOWELS
You will have daily Room Service with bedding changed every every 3-4 days and towels changed daily or as requested/required. Either bring your own pool/beach towels or, to save on luggage space, these can be provided; there is no charge for pool towels although a small donation in our charity box is always appreciated.

INTERNET 
We have free WiFi access 24 hours a day for our Guests.
If you do not have a Laptop with you there is a computer you can use in the main house - no charge for up to 30 minutes use per day.

SMOKING
We request that our guest rooms are kept smoke free. However, you are welcome to smoke out on all the terraces - except on the Breakfast/Dinner terrace.

PETS
Sorry - we do not allow animals.

CHRISTMAS
The Festive Season is a wonderful time to visit Andalucia.  Although Christmas is far less commercial here than in some countries, the celebrations are magical - the Christmas Lights in Malaga are some of the best in Europe.  We offer our usual B+B service throughout the Festive period or, from 1 December, can also provide special 2, 3 or 4 night Half Board packages with 5-6 course Festive Meals each evening; prices and menus emailed on request.  20% deposit required for Christmas + New Year reservations.

€15 per person per day or €90 per week (7 Dinners for the price of 6).
