PRICES + BOOKING TERMS

PRICING - Our prices are per room not per person (based on 2 sharing).

DISCOUNT - We give a 10% discount for stays of 4 nights or more (except 24-31 December 2008 in the Family Room and 22 November 2008 - 28 February 2009 in the Double Room).

LOW SEASON = 1st to 23rd December 2008 and 1st January to 28th February 2009
MID SEASON = 24th to 31st December 2008, 1st March to 30th April 2009 and 1st to 30th November 2009
HIGH SEASON = 1st May to 31st October 2009

LOW SEASON Euro 35 per night/Euro 140 for 4 nights/Euro 245 per weeek
MID SEASON Euro 50 per night/Euro 180 for 4 nights/Euro 315 per week
HIGH SEASON Euro 60 per night/Euro 220 for 4 nights/Euro 375 per week

TWIN/FAMILY ROOM (price for 2 people)
LOW SEASON Euro 45 per night/Euro 160 for 4 nights/Euro 280 per week
MID SEASON Euro 60 per night/Euro 220 for 4 nights/Euro 375 per week
HIGH SEASON Euro 75 per night/Euro 270 for 4 nights/Euro 470 per week

EXTRA PERSON SHARING - supplement of Euro 10 per night/Euro 50 per week for a 3rd or 4th person sharing the Family Room or child sharing the Double Room.

MINIMUM STAY - Minimum stay is just one night.

DEPOSIT - We are trusting people so do not ask for a Deposit EXCEPT in August OR anytime in high season if you are a larger party and book both of our Guest Rooms together for a stay of 7 nights or more when a non-refundable 20% deposit is required; however, we do trust that you will have the courtesy to let us know if you have to cancel rather than just not turning up.

PAYMENT - Payment must be in Euros Cash at the end of your stay. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in advance, payment can be made into our UK Bank Account or by Bank Transfer to our Spanish Bank Account,

CANCELLATION - There is no charge if you have to cancel before your holiday is due to begin. Once you have arrived at Casa Ianda you are expected to stay for the total number of nights booked; if you decide to leave early you will be charged 50% of the cost of any unused nights - if you are leaving due to an emergency appropriate documentation will be given for you to make an Insurance Claim to reclaim this.

BREAKFAST - Above prices include our substantial Continental Breakfast. Full Cooked English Breakfast or Smoked Salmon + Scrambled Eggs available if booked a day in advance at a supplement of Euro 5.50 p.p. Pre-book an English Breakfast for the duration of your stay - minimum 2 people - and the supplement drops to Euro 4.00 per person per day.

EVENING MEAL - 3 Course + Wine + Water Evening Meal €15.00 p.p. (€10.00 per child). A la Carte Menu also available. Childrens Menu (2 course + drink) €5.95 per child up to age 11.

FULL BOARD 3 Course + Wine Lunch or Picnic Hamper with Wine if you are going out for the day plus 4 Course + Wine Evening Meal; prices on request (minimum 2 night stay).
